Thrive Youth is a supportive, nervous-system-based program for teens living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) or nervous system dysregulation. It helps teens understand what’s happening in their body, recognize triggers, and build practical tools for safety, regulation, self-support, and build a greater sense of safety and control in daily life.
